I felt that applying this technique was a little challenging. I chose to convert a portrait of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo for this assignment. I noticed while following the steps in this procedure, the picture I chose had alot of detail making it difficult to fill specific areas with a certain color. For many areas I had to close off the section with the paintbrush tool prior to filling it. This the is the result of my efforts.

I like it. I love the colors.
ReplyDeleteVery dramatic, Danielle! Did you have trouble connecting lines in order to keep the colors where you wanted them? I had to do some freehand connecting and it seemed to take forever.
ReplyDeleteGood Danielle!
ReplyDeleteSeems like you have things up and running pretty well!
Hi Katherine, I did have some trouble connecting the lines so that the color stayed where I wanted it. It became pretty frustrating at times, but it finally worked out.
